Daniel E. Salstein is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of business litigation, employment law, personal injury and family law.
Attorney Salstein received his J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2010 graduating cum laude. While in law school, Attorney Salstein received CALI Academic Recognition and was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society. As a law student, Attorney Salstein conducted academic legal research as a Faculty Assistant to Professor David Driesen. Attorney Salstein received his B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, graduating cum laude. In practice, Attorney Salstein has experience representing clients through all aspects of litigation and negotiations.
Attorney Salstein is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. He is a Massachusetts Notary Public and sat on the Executive Board for the Lakewood Tennis Club from 2012 through 2017.
